TIME makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the photos, including without limitation any representations or warranties that the photos are cleared, licensed, or otherwise suitable for any attendee's specific use or purpose. Each attendee is solely responsible for determining whether and how the photos may be used for any intended purpose.
